" PK'S"

You probably heard it before, but PK is a short term or abbreviated term for Pastor's Kid. So, you get the idea, these children (Prisca, Earl Jr., & Joaquin) belong to a pastor,  Pastor Earl Munyan (of Bayonne's First Assembly of God), and of course, Mrs. Tanya Munyan.

PK's are quite visible in their own respective churches. Some of the PK's resent this visibility. A lot of PK's are a test to their Pastor dads because of this visibility. A lot of people expect any Pastor's child to behave as a model child for all kids in the church to emulate.

About the photo-shoot: It was an easy 'assignment' for me. The children cooperated very well. In fact, here you can see that they love the camera and the camera loves them.

God loves them so much. God said that we let the little children come to Him and that woe to us if we cause them to sin. The Bible also says that they are a blessing from God.

THE TWO EARLS

Pastor Earl and little Earl Munyan - It was quite a photo opportunity for me to capture the tenderness of this pastor to his child. Whether I was there to take their picture or not, this pastor's tender moment with his child would still be the same.

Are you a tender parent to your child? Treasure your child for he/she is a gift from God.

CPU (CENTRAL PHILIPPINE UNIVERSITY) STUDENTS IN FOOT PARADE

They just stopped for a while and did some posing for me as I was taking pictures of the parade.

Look at their smiles. God is telling me that life goes on and there is a time for everything. To them, this is a time to be in a school where they could grow together as a group and grow as individuals.

Do you know that there is a school called School of Life? In this school, you do not have to pay for your tuition and the Spirit of God is always available to teach.

VELORIA COUSINS

The occasion here is the 100th Birthday celebration of their auntie Eding, aka "Wawa". Taken in San Diego, California in the year 2004.

Here I see the next generation of the Veloria clan. In the party itself, I did see a lot of my relatives that I have not seen for a long time. After the party, God just reminded me to pray for all of them, and so I did.

MY SIBLINGS WITH "WAWA"

My four sisters- Neomi, Espie, Zeny (a.k.a. Arsing), Nilda and brother Bert, Jr. are shown in this picture with the celebrant, "Wawa." (Not in the picture is my sister Luz, who lives in the Philippines and couldn't come for the occasion  and my brother Jojo, who failed to pose with them).

Looking at my siblings and Wawa, I could see that God is gracious and loving. Whenever I thought about God's love, my love for my siblings are nothing compared to the love of God for them. One time, I was praying for my siblings, and God just reminded me that He loves them more.

God loves us all...but do we all love God? Jesus said  (in John 14:23-24):

"If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching..."

Just a thought to my reader: How can we love God if we do not have Jesus' teaching? How can we obey God if we do not know His commands? Get familiar with God, the Father and Jesus, the Christ or Messiah- through His written Word, the Bible. But do pray to the Holy Spirit for wisdom and understanding as you read the Word.

BIRD OF PARADISE

Exotic and exquisite are two words that I used to describe this photograph. I love the colors of this picture and the life it conveys. It is really bursting with liveliness and loveliness.

When God is known, He is simply wonderful amd beautiful! He is bursting with life and makes your life bubble with joy!

FATHER'S PRIDE & JOY

Here, the moment is intimate and personal and seems private although it is in the sight of the audience in this church.

My camera said that it needs to be shared and told. After all, you have this one moment in time where it was the first opportunity of Brian (Muldowney) to preach. The father was there and needed to be there, not only for support, but also to place himself  in that privileged position of preaching, after all his son is an extension of himself.

Do you represent well your Father's name? I mean, God being your Father...do you honor God or His name?
